Vice President of Corporate Operating

Mr. Li is Amber Aviation’s Vice President of Corporate Operating, responsible for flight application, coordination and station management. His role entails raising the level of ground service and ensuring the jets take off on time. Mr. Li has been engaged in airline operation control and management for more than 20 years and has a wealth of experience managing ground handling service in airline companies; he has rich experience in business jet ground service management. His excellent coordination skills have allowed him to build good relationships with air traffic control, the military and different airports.

Between 2006 and 2016, while serving as General Manager Assistant and Operation Manager at Business Aviation Asia Limited, Mr. Li led 50 operation personnel in providing round-the-clock service to ensure uninterrupted service. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Li was with Air China and Beijing Air China Aviation Service Corp.

Management Team

With over 30 years of experience in the civil aviation sector, the management team of Amber Aviation fully understands the entire business aviation industry chain and how to operate safely and efficiently. Strong links have been forged with the CAAC and Chinese military, and broad collaboration with commercial entities have been established.

The management team has founded a business jet company, which subsequently developed into the largest business jet management company in the Asia Pacific. Several milestones have been reached, including: the only management firm in China to operate in four different aircraft registration, successfully operated over 22,000 flights with a total flight time of 49,000 hours, and having operated with a remarkable record of having zero incident during this period.
